Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ: We fully appreciate that everyone has unforeseen emergencies, but if the salon continually absorbed the cost for these emergencies, we would not remain in business very long. The cancellation policy is not about punishing the clients, it is about keeping the salon afloat.

1. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice you will not be charged.

2. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice we will retain 50% of the treatment cost.

3. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment on the day (from midnight) we will retain 100% of the treatment cost.

4. If you fail to attend and do not let us know, we will retain 100% of the treatment cost. 

5. If you arrive at your appointment and wish to reduce your services, you will still be liable to pay for the services you originally booked.

6. LASER HAIR REMOVAL: If you cancel/reschedule a 30 minute session you will either forfeit the session or incur a £15 charge. If you cancel/reschedule a 60 minute session you will either forfeit the session or incur a £30 charge. If you fail to attend and do not let us know you will either forfeit the session or incur a 100% charge.

We have a cancellation policy in place to limit the number of missed appointments, to give us the time we need to fill cancelled or rescheduled appointments, and to ensure the salon can continue to operate.
