🌿 The Role: Qualified beauty therapist + multi-channel marketing apprentice

📍 Location: 428 Whitmore Way Basildon, Essex

✅ Start Date:  October 2025

📅 Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (includes college hours studied online). Salon hours include 3 evenings per week (up to 8pm) and alternate Saturdays (until 2pm).

💷 Pay: Full-time apprentice wage + tips + uncapped commission opportunities.

🌴 Holiday: 5.6 weeks paid leave + extra paid day off for your birthday!

Year 1: Step into your career as a Junior Therapist, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team while completing a fully funded Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship to elevate your skills.

Year 2: Progress to Experienced Therapist, building your own client base and playing an active role in salon marketing to grow your presence and confidence in the industry.

Year 3: Become a Senior Therapist with the potential to take on management responsibilities, mentoring others and helping to shape the future of our boutique salon.
